Working Days & Time • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm • Saturday: 9:00am - 1:30pm Work Location • Lot 45109 Jalan Murni 12, Kawasan Perindustrian Murni, 81400 Senai, Johor Job Highlights • Competitive Salary Package. • Comfortable Work Environment • Friendly and Collaborative Team Atmosphere • Medical Benefits, Company Trips, and Others Attractive benefits • Annual Performance Bonuses • 5.5 working days Job Description: • Handle the full set of accounts and generate relevant reports. • Provide and interpret monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management. • Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocation. • Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation. • Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with company policy. • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system. • Familiar with Malaysia's accounting regulations and tax policies to ensure compliance • Assist in collating, analyzing and preparing financial data for reports, audits, and tax purposes • Collaborate with external parties, such as company secretaries, auditors, bankers, tax agents, etc. • Assist with any ad hoc tasks required by other departments. Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Banking or a related field. • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in accounting or relevant work. • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. - Must be able to Speak and Read Mandarin. • Professional certification from LCCI/ACCA/CPA is an added advantage. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office skills and SQL Financial Accounting software will be an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Applicants must be willing to work in Eco Business Park 2 (Senai) Johor, Malaysia.
